Does it renew by itself?
No. Crypto payments can't be pulled from your wallet, so every pass is one payment. When it ends you are back on Free.
I sent the money, but Pro is not on.
Usually it takes under a minute. If you withdrew from an exchange, the fee may have cut the amount: exactly the invoice amount has to arrive. Paste the transaction hash under "Sent it, but nothing happens?" in the payment window.
Can I get a refund?
